After 2 and half years

Today, I just noticed that I did not write any blog for last two and half years. Basically, life is terribly busy. It has changed. Dream of millions came true. what I used to think 2 and half years back - now it is seeing reality.

How I passed two and half years ? I left government job - two and half years back. I left laziness and tiered evening -- driving long way for a roasted maze. Life had changed - business strategies, politics, compex decisions and managing resources.

I trusted Richard Brasoon (!) -- he tells us - business is a painting -- where you need to draw a picture with your colors and wishes. I just echo with him ---- Doing business is just like a madness --- or braveness. Do matter how angry you are -- you must say " Yes Sir"... When someone is saying you are CEO -- i just mean you are a Chief Entertaining Officer. You have to make everyone happy. You have to always scare of your employee - they can be unionized and will demand for payment even without doing job... media may go against you .. Be careful, do not speak to a Jurnalist. Manage Press. Do not go too public . Seat at the cornor of an office -- think about your next move. Think about -- how to get another success of business.

Is my business successful. 50% yes --- not how much money I made - but what is the product base and market I created. I have a few product which are selling by themself. I need more products to sell in the market -- where no one is competining.

Market is interesting -- when you do not want customer -- you will find lot of them. When you want them, you may not find them....
Market is very sensitive to information available about the company. Once you turnish the repuration --- move out of that market. you have a very little to do there.

I really do not know - how I have been living in a tiny country with a tiny market -- where most of the customer do not know the technology. However, it was great impact on working on small market to try with different idea. now is the time to go for bigger market and achive big things.
